Jennifer Chandler is a career consultant, self esteem coach, writer and blogger.

She owns her own consulting company and has worked passionately with people for 20 years in the areas of personal and professional development. She began her career path with a rewarding role as a Victim Services Worker for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and later embarked on a new phase of her professional life as a Career Counselor and Employment Program Coordinator.

She specializes in women's issues; focusing on raising the profile and self esteem of women and girls. Through her blog Esteem Rising and as a columnist for TimeFinders Magazines' Worldly Women she explores life through the eyes of women; bringing awareness to world issues and women's contributions to society. 

Jennifer has enjoyed sharing her knowlege and expertise through published articles, interviews, workshops and one to one coaching.
