I love crafting. Although it’s hard to find to time to sit down and create with two little kiddies who constantly want to be included in everything I’m doing. I do try to find the time to squirreling away any little odd and sod that can be reused into later and turned into... well, anything.
So until such a time that my children and I can craft together with more than just paper and pens, I am doomed to simply bookmark the endless ideas I come across on the internet.
What I love about the internet – especially when it comes to crafting ideas is You Tube. Sure you can find some pretty cheesy videos, but you can’t disagree when it comes to crafting, sometimes watching and learning can be far easier then reading and comparing to a tiny thumbnail.
In lieu of International Women’s day and this year’s theme Progress for all, I thought to highlight, in the wake of Myanmar’s military governments controversial new election laws, opposition leader Daw Aung San Auu Kyi.
You cannot argue the beauty of March. Granted it has its rainy days, sometimes its snowy days, and of course, its blistery days. But if you are ever on the West Coast this time of year you cannot deny the delicate beauty a gust of wind can bring. In one cool sweep, hundreds of tiny pink petals from the flowering cherry tree can shower down and chase away the last of the winter doldrums.
