Leslie has been described as sparkling, authentic and inspiring - she takes audiences and organizations on a journey of discovering their incredible potential through appearance, behavior and communication strategies.

With over 15 years in human resources, recruiting, management and sales, Leslie has witnessed the impact of the interrelated relationship between appearance, behavior, confidence and success.

From HR Executive to Entrepreneur!

Leslie launched her own company, IMPACT Image Essentials Group Inc. in 2005 to unleash her own passion of helping women feel fabulous AND helping organizations improve their relationships with customers and staff. Out of 39 certified image consultants across Canada, Leslie is the ONLY jointly certified image consultant and human resource professional. That’s not all...she’s only 1 in 407 (in the world!) to hold BOTH designations.
